How do I manage my Listserv account? If you have someone that needs to be added to or removed from the CTEIS Listserv, send an email to SmithL15@michigan.gov with the appropriate request. Please remember that emails sent to Listserv (or replies sent to "all" from a Listserv email) will be sent to approximately 500 recipients.
Why do I need an MEIS account for CTEIS? For a new user to have access to CTEIS, the user must first have an MEIS account. This account will provide a username and password for the user to login. Having an MEIS account will not automatically provide access to CTEIS. The next step is that the Fiscal Agent Level Five must activate the user account in CTEIS.
A Note about UICs (Unique Identifier Codes)
All students enrolled in state-approved CTE programs must have a UIC (Unique Identifier Code) assigned by CEPI (Center for Educational Performance and Information). This includes both home-schooled and private-schooled students. To obtain a UIC for a student, contact your local UIC Resolver. A link to the list of local UIC Resolvers is available below.
