View Programs is a tool that enables districts to view/review or add information regarding the industry-recognized credentials available to students enrolled in state-approved CTE programs. This is only a data collection tool and information collected cannot be used for 2S1 Federal Reporting purposes.  Districts should not be concerned if a program currently does not lead to a credential.  Many occupations do not require credentials, and the data collected will only be used as baseline data.

How to View Programs and Available Credentials

  1. From the main menu, choose Data Entry and then select View Programs; the View Programs page is displayed. A drop-down list displays a list of all the buildings under your fiscal agency.
  2. From the drop-down list, select a building to see the programs available for that building. All the available programs, for the selected building, are displayed by PSN.
  3. Click Select to choose a particular program that you want to view.

View Programs Selection

Explanation of the columns/rows:

Credential: refers to a certificate or license.

Licensing Cert Program: refers to the name of the certificate or license issued for the specified program.

Issuing Org: refers to the organization that issues the certificate or license for the program.

Selected: indicates if the students enrolled in this program have the opportunity to earn the selected credential(s). It works as a toggle button. A check mark indicates that the specified credential can be earned with your program.  An empty checkbox indicates that the specified credential cannot be earned with your program.

Other: indicates a certification other than those listed. If you do not see a certification, that students can earn in your program, then you have the option to select Other and add a certification for your program.

How to Select or Remove an Existing Credential

To select an existing credential for your program:
