 Label 

Description 

CEPD 

Career Education Planning District (CEPD) number. The district in which the student is enrolled.

Fiscal Agency 

Name of the Fiscal Agency.

Building

Building in which student is enrolled in courses other than CTE.

Oper. Agency

Name of the Operating Agency.

CIP Code

Classification of Instructional Program(CIP) Code. Indicates classification of material taught in program.

Program Name

Name of the local program.

Program Type

Program Type is indicated by: 

REG - Regular State-Approved Program

REG-E – Regular program but New and Emerging

EMC – Early Middle College State-Approved Program.

EMC-E – Early Middle College (New and Emerging)

LTCS – Less Than Class Size

PSN

Program Serial Number (PSN). System-generated unique identifier for a local program.

Year

The school year that the course ran.

Beg. Mo. The beginning month of the course section.
CSC

Course Section Code (CSC) uniquely identifies a course within a building.

Course Name

Name of the course that the student is enrolled in.

Staff

The name of the course instructor.

A Segments Indicates subsections completed under Segment A.
B Segments Indicates subsections completed under Segment B.
C Segments Indicates subsections completed under Segment C.
D Segments Indicates subsections completed under Segment D.
