Description: This report shows the UIC, student name, gender, date of birth, and UIC errors of all the enrolled students within a building.  Use this report to locate and print students who do not pass the Enrollment Validation check.

Location of Report: www.CTEIS.com, from the Menu select Reports -> Building Reports.

Explanation of Columns:

 Label 

Description 

CEPD 

Career Education Planning District (CEPD) number. The district in which the student is enrolled.

Fiscal Agency 

Name of the Fiscal Agency.

Building

Building in which student is enrolled in courses other than CTE.

Home Facility

Students' building in which the student is enrolled from.

UIC 

Unique Identifier Code (UIC) is a unique 10 digit number used to identify a student. Used to match CTEIS Data to MSDS.

Student Name

First name and Last Name of the student taking a CTE course as it appears on a birth certificate, legal document, or enrollment form presented at time of enrollment.

Gender

The gender of the student.  Indicates if student is male or female.

DOB

The Student's Date Of Birth (DOB).

Reason

Indicates the reason why the UIC is determined as invalid.
