Description: This is a Follow Up report for classification. The report will list students who have completed a program in your building or district that have also completed a program in another building or district. This report is helpful when reviewing your list of students for Follow Up as they may have been identified as another district's Follow Up responsibility. This is due to only one district being assigned to follow up with any student.

Location of Report: www.CTEIS.com, from the Menu select Reports -> Building Reports.

Explanation of Columns:

Label	Description
CEPD	Career Education Planning District (CEPD) number. The district in which the student is enrolled.
Fiscal Agcy	Name of the Fiscal Agency.
Oper Agcy	Name of the Operating Agency.
Oper Bldg	Name of the Operating Building.
PSN	Program Serial Number (PSN). System-generated unique identifier for a local program.
CIP Code	Classification of Instructional Program(CIP) Code. Indicates classification of material taught in program.
Program Name	Name of the local program.
UIC	Unique Identifier Code (UIC) is a unique 10 digit number used to identify a student. Used to match CTEIS Data to MSDS.
Student Name	First name and Last Name of the student taking a CTE course as it appears on a birth certificate, legal document, or enrollment form presented at time of enrollment.
Follow Up Program (PSN/CIP Code/Program)	Name of the program that the student will be followed up on along with the PSN and CIP Code.
Follow Up Agency	Name of the Fiscal Agency that will follow up with the student.
Follow Up Building	Name of the Operating Building that will follow up with the student.
