Label

Description

CEPD

Career Education Planning District (CEPD) number. The district in which the students are enrolled.

Fiscal Agency

Name of the Fiscal Agency.

Operating Agency

Name of the Operating Agency.

Operating Building

Name of the Operating Building.

Student Name

First name and Last Name of the student taking a CTE course .

Grade

Student's current grade level.

Gender

Indicates student's gender:

M- Male
F- Female

Race

Indicates the ethnicity/race to which the student belongs as reported by the district . Indicators are:

A - Asian American
B - Black or African American
H - Hispanic or Latino
M - Two or more races
N - American Indian or Alaska Native
P - Native Hawaiian or other Pacific Islander
W - White

Disabled

Indicates the student's disability.

Econ. Dis.

Indicates whether the student is economically disadvantaged. Indicators: Y- Yes, N - No

LEP

Indicates whether the student is identified as having limited English proficiency. Indicators: Y- Yes, N - No

Sing. Parent

Indicates whether the student is a single parent. Indicators: Y- Yes, N - No

A single parent is a student who is unmarried or separated from a spouse, and has a minor child or children for which the parent has either custody or joint custody, or is unmarried or separated from a spouse and is pregnant.

Disp. Home

Indicates whether a student is a displaced homemaker. Indicators: Y- Yes, N - No.

A displaced homemaker is a student who:
- Has worked primarily without remuneration to care for a home and family, and for that reason has diminished marketable skills,
- Has been dependent on the income of another family member but is no longer supported by that income; or
- Is a parent whose youngest dependent child will become ineligible to receive assistance under part A of Title IV of the Social Security Act (42 u.s.c. 601 et seq.) not later than 2 years after the date on which the parent applies for assistance under this title; and is unemployed or underemployed and is experiencing difficulty in obtaining or upgrading employment.

Total Building Students:

Indicates the total number of special population students taking a CTE course in the specified building and their totals in each category.
